We collect information you provide directly, information we receive from LinkedIn through our official OAuth integration, and information about how you use the Service.

• Account information: your name, email address, and LinkedIn profile data (such as your name, headline, and profile URL) obtained via LinkedIn OAuth.
• Content you create: drafts, published posts, scheduling preferences, and workspace data.
• Usage information: pages visited, features used, and other interactions with the Service.
• Payment information: processed by our payment providers; we never store full card numbers on our servers.

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, to personalize your experience, and to communicate with you.

• To provide and maintain the Service, including scheduling and publishing your content via LinkedIn’s official APIs.
• To train and tune the AI writing features on your own content so drafts match your voice.
• To send you service announcements, updates, and (with consent) marketing communications.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and abuse.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect core functionality such as session persistence.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in limited circumstances: with LinkedIn, when you authorize us through OAuth to read and publish content on your behalf; with service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, payments, analytics); and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. Your connected LinkedIn credentials are stored securely and used solely to provide the Service.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. When you request deletion or close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we’re required to keep it longer by law. You can disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time; published posts remain on LinkedIn and are subject to LinkedIn’s policies.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

• Access and portability: request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
• Correction: update your profile and account information at any time.
• Deletion: request deletion of your account and personal data.
• Withdraw consent: revoke the LinkedIn connection or marketing consent at any time.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-product notice before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
