Terms of Service

Welcome to PostNow. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PostNow website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by PostNow Labs. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

To use the Service you must create an account using your LinkedIn profile through our official OAuth flow. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
• You are responsible for notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service is offered on a free and paid basis. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. Prices are subject to change, but we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before applying a price change to your subscription.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• We may trial promotional pricing from time to time, subject to the terms of that offer.

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates the rights of others or applicable law.

• Do not use the Service to publish spam, misinformation, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to access the Service through means other than our official interfaces.
• Do not scrape or harvest data from the Service.
• Do not use the Service in violation of LinkedIn’s terms or policies.

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by PostNow Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create with the Service. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service integrates with LinkedIn through official, authorized APIs. Your use of LinkedIn remains subject to LinkedIn’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, behavior, or content of LinkedIn or any other third-party service. You grant PostNow permission to access your LinkedIn account through the official API for the purpose of providing the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, where we believe your conduct creates risk or legal exposure for us, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though you may export your content before closure.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content generated by AI will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. Content generated by the Service is your responsibility to review before publishing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostNow Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
